Had two 15 person vans reserved for months. Enterprise called at 7 pm the night before on 1 and at 7 am the day of reservation on the other: “we don’t have any 15 p vans.” No explanation. No help finding 15 p vans at other locations. Even though their website showed availability that day. Pathetic lack of service and consideration. I will not use Enterprise again.Reviewed 28 May 2024

Car was great! Only issue was that the language for the on-screen controls was in German or Dutch and I could not find a way to change it. Also, not knowing what the toll charges will be until later is concerning. But it all worked out fine. Great customer service.Reviewed 28 May 2024
