Unfortunately the additional insurance purchased on the website, would require a $500 fee with Enterprise, if I had had to file an accident claim. It was NOT Enterprise's own insurance policy. Very misleading/deceptive of your website. Won't do that agin!9.6 Wonderful

Then my husband 72 who had hips replaced had to get step stool and then no cover on pick up bed for belongings. I told the lady no pickup. The registration people were nice, but they had a new computer system and it took about 45 minutes to get our documents.Cons:
They didn't have the vehicle I had requested and upgraded me to a truck, which was enormous to park and had no place to lock our luggage. The truck smelled like someone had smoked in it.10.0 Wonderful

Flight was delayed. Called to inform Avis I will be later than planned. Told the location would be closed and they would cancel my reservation. If I wanted a car, I could reserve the same car for a shorter time but they had to double the price. Terrible customer service and never picked up a car. Using Uber/Lyft was cheaper than the original price in the end.8.0 Very good

Pickup took an hour. We waited in line and gave all the same info we gave online to the counter all over again. Then we waited outside for 30 minutes for the car that we had reserved well in advance to be cleaned. The car was not clean inside or outside. We were in line before another party and we saw them get the car first. Was not the person outside's fault.Cons:

On pick-up, they said I had booked the wrong location even though my reservation was for the correct location, which I showed them. The person ahead of me in line had the same problem. Also, when I dropped off the rental they tried to charge a weekly rate even though I had spoken with the agent at pick up about converting it back over to a daily rate after the rental was up (which was reflected in my contract). Although a manager corrected the problem after I showed her proof, the initial agent was incompetent and did not know what he was doing. The manager had to show him twice. Also, the parking attendant was rude at drop off until he realized that I was correct. Would probably not use national through kayak again- too much of a hassle when you are traveling!10.0 Wonderful

I like that I got a free upgrade and a reduced rate from the woman working the desk at Myrtle Beach International Airport. I presented her with my paperwork and the airport was the WRONG airport in Myrtle Beach (the private airport - Not MYR which is the airport code for the International Airport). The whole booking had to be cancelled, the insurance had to be cancelled and everything had to be rebooked.Cons:
That the airport code for Myrtle Beach (MYR) is the incorrect booking code to get a car rental! Who came up with that idea?!6.4 Okay
