The people at the office in Apia were pleasant and nice to work with.Cons:
There was no Budget office at the airport. There was no shuttle or driver to meet me and take me to their office which is in Apia about 40 minutes away. I ended up paying for a taxi just to go to Apia and get my rental car that was advertised as being available for pick up at the airport. If you rent with Budget, call their Apia office directly and arrange a pickup.10.0 Wonderful
