Pros:Nothing.Cons:Reservation was for 12pm. Got a call at 12:02pm that the truck I had reserved had body damage and couldn't be rented. No resolution on the phone call. I arrived at the rental location around 1pm and the person at the desk explained that there were no trucks. I asked if he had tried to find one at another Hertz location and he said that last time he tried doing that for a customer he got yelled at by his manager. He eventually called his manager and got permission to call others. He tried 2 with no luck and told me that was all he could do. I will never use Hertz again.Reviewed 25 Feb 2021
