You can also score some savings (and maximize your vacation time) buy flying out Thursday, June 27 and back Wednesday, July 3 for average median airfare of $380.
International travel
If you’re travelling internationally, leave Friday, June 28 and return either Tuesday or Wednesday, July 2 or 3, for average median airfare between $650 and $680. If you’re hoping to turn your Canada Day weekend into a longer vacation, avoid leaving on Friday, June 28 and returning on Sunday, July 7, as median airfare will set you back $1,285.
