Pros:Flight attendants were not friendly or welcoming. Some were extremely short and I could easily tell they just did not want to be there. Food was terrible. aircraft did not offer wifi. Announcements were not clear. Announcements for boarding and all other changes were made in Spanish and rarely in English. If announcements were made in English it was made by recording device which were not clear. Will not be choosing Aeromexico again!!

Pros:the food that was served was unexpected and so much more than what other airlines offer. Also the leg room on the plane was again an unexpected surprise and was great.
Cons:I missed my connecting flight (I was stopped at a security check point) and I was told that in order to get on a standby flight I had to pay an extra 297.00 so they could try to fit me on the 4:30 pm flight. The reason they could not just put me on standby was because I had paid a discounted rate for my flight so standby was not allowed without paying more. I bought a ticket for the 11:00 am flight the next day becasuse they told me they had no more room on the 4:30 flight, but then they were able to "fit" me on the 4:30 flight. I was just happy to get on a flight, but at the same time frustrated because I felt as if I really had not choice. The 4:30 flight was probably on 3 quarters full. Other than that experience at the service counter the airline and airline crew were great.
Pros:Aeromexico stole my money and never let me board a flight. My initial flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues after a 3 hour delay in the airport. At this point it was 3AM and all passengers were told to call Aeromexico's support number to re-book their flights. Aeromexico staff does not speak English well and when I asked them to speak slower I was cursed at and hung up on. I finally called again and was given 2 options: agree to a flight that would DESTROY my vacation or get a refund. Scared and exhausted, I told them I didn't understand, and the flight didn't work, and guess what, they re-booked me anyway, and said that since I was re-booked any change to my ticket would entitles them to my entire $1,100 fare. Aeromexico is a criminal enterprise. Never book with them! Kayak, you should cut all ties with this airline!
