Cons:
The website said open 24 hours. I got to airport desk at 2:00 AM and it was closed. There was a sign with a phone number...I called and it said the number was not in service. I found another international phone number online...that also was not in service. There was no one at the airport information desk. I was only in Iceland for the day and that is why I needed to pick up the car as soon as I landed. So the car was useless to me and I never picked it up. I need a refund5.2 Fair

The check in and check out process was fairly quick and simple. We got a small Toyota Yaris that took us all over Iceland, including the Westfjords and up mountains!Cons:
Our Garmin GPS device was very out of date and in a few cases didn't even register the roads we needed on its map. It led us after several times which was frustrating.10.0 Wonderful

Staff in Iceland was helpful.Cons:
I booked a SUV (Jeep Wrangler or equivalent) and when I arrived I found out that my reservation was for an economy car (Mazda CX-3). I was mislead by Kayak /Dollar, if I had know that for the price I was getting economy instead of SUV, I would not have booked.9.6 Wonderful
