Picking up the car and dropping off was straightforward and hassle-free. I received a thorough review of the car during pickup and clarification of any accompanying charges. Service from staff was courteous and professional.Cons:
Minor detail but while the car was detailed properly, some napkins from Subway were left in the center console top compartment. The napkins weren't dirty but the clutter was surprising for a car that should be thoroughly detailed after a rental. Also could be more transparent on miscellaneous fees such as airport taxes and drop-off.Budget

Pros:
We were asked to come back 1 hour later as the car wasn't there/cleaned yet. When we returned the car was cleaned but not on the inside, mud and dog hair on the seats. Disgusting. The guy at the counter dared warn us that we would be charged if we would have a dog in the car.Cons:
