Pros:The lobby was well decorated and the location is great. Being so close to the beach and having a pool area.
Cons:The staff was very inconsiderate and did not treat their customers with respect. They created our reservation in the wrong name and did not try to make it up to us after spending an hour in their lobby trying to tell them we had a reservation. Kayak was amazing at coordinating with them and confirming we had a reservation. This hotel has a lot of work to do and I would not recommend anyone staying there or Kayak to associate with them. They even had a massive cockroach in our room and laughed at us when we told them.

Cons:Nothing. Everything was perfect
Cons:For the price we paid, the rooms were way below standard. Consider it a motel. No hot water and you could hear the people in the other rooms.

Cons:Holes in the ceiling in the hallway outside my door. Carpet older than I am (50+) Dank odor Sink in the bathroom sprayed everywhere We left and found another hotel
Pros:Beachfront!
Cons:Terrible facilities in general, the carpets are old, stained and terribly worn down! The room had a good view, but the windows leaked, and it was not in good shape! It really needs an upgrade!
