The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

Crew was pleasant. Aircraft was very dated and uncomfortable for our nearly 4 hour flight. We were in row 17 and they ran out of purchasable food by the time they got to us.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

Flyplay is the only way I travel to Europe. Had a 15 hr layover in Iceland. Normally this would suck, but I regret a car and saw the black sand beaches, several waterfalls and sky lagoon. And finished with lamb at cafe Loki.

did not get the seats we had specially paid for

This is a no frills airline. You cant expect much for the price. Low cost flight, clean, nice staff. That's all I need for the price. If you want more, book with another airline and pay more. For Europe trips, PLAY is the ONLY airline I use

Misleading instructions for check in. Although I did virtual check in and was instructed to head to security, once I was at security, they told me to go back to Play ticket counter and get paper tickets. Also, beware that Play doesn’t participate in TSA PreCheck. I didn’t know that, despite entering PreCheck info when I purchased the tickets. I wasted time in the TSA PreCheck line as well. So we had two setbacks at check in.

It's a budget airline, so forewarned is forearmed. Yes, you pay for everything like carry-on, checked baggage, seat selection, but that's becoming the case with major airlines. Bringing your own snacks and entertainment on board is highly recommended. It's no frills, but the crew, the plane and the flight itself was great. If you want pampering go for a larger airline. If you just want to get from A to B in comfort and safety, Play is a great choice.

It is a low cost airline. Staff are courteous. There is no entertainment. Food is purchased.

Upon boarding, the people at the gate were extremely rude, there were no outlets on a 6 hour international flight, there was no entertainment, all food and drink was purchase only (even snacks), and my seat reclining function was fully broken. The only redeeming quality was the flight attendants were extremely nice. This was by far the worst flight I have ever been on in my entire life

I don’t know how international flights can’t have media screens to keep people entertained for the long flight. Ugh.

Typical experience for budget airline. Boarding from KEF required bus transit from the gate to plane, so if you had "priority boarding" it was useless as it was simply a free-for-all when getting off the bus. But still no issues with getting our luggage into overhead bin so not really a problem.

Was very apprehensive about flying Play, but the flight was fine. Nothing special, nothing horrible. Fair price to get from New York to Iceland.

I just flew with Icelandair last week and the experience was horrible before the flight. The flight experience was good. The problem was the situation I faced with them prior to the flight. I bought the flight Geneva to Reykjavik in December 2023. I paid more expensive than the other routes because I wanted a direct flight. In April 2024, they cancelled the flight and rebooked me with ITA Airways and Icelandair. So, it became ITA Airways from Geneva to Rome and Icelandair from Rome to Reykjavik. Two days before, I called them because I could not check in with ITA Airways. They told me my flight was rescheduled only from Rome to Reykjavik. I said I lived in Geneva, and this change did not make sense. They told me they should have offered to me the closest airport and the refund. The person speaking with me had no idea what to do and said they would call later with a solution. Finally, they called and said Rome was the only way. I told them that was absurd and that they should pay for my Geneva to Rome flight. They even lied, saying there were not more seats with ITA Airways, which was a lie since I saw that I could buy tickets yet. They did not want to take the cost. Finally, I remembered she said they should reschedule with the closest airport, and I told her that was Zurich. They rescheduled me, but I had to pay for train tickets from Geneva to Zurich and Zurich to Geneva. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. It was the worst airline I ever had the bad luck of buying a ticket.

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

The plane was flaming hot! Could not breathe. Everyone coughing from heat. Awful.

On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.

Flight delayed Delay to the gate upon arrival Baggage took more than an hour so we missed our connecting!!! Terrible experience!

Cons: "Communication about international COVID requirements before the day of departure."
Pros: "My seat cushion was out of alignment so not great. But I like the two side seat configuration."
Cons: "Boarding is a zoo. Board by row. It’s faster."
Cons: "They need to check the tv screens. On two different IcelandAir planes my screen wasn't working."
Pros: "The crew was so awesome. The food was awesome. Please note that we were in Saga Club so I am not speaking to economy."
Cons: "Tv unit was broken in my seat."
Pros: "Crew was pleasant, flight was excellent, boarding was smooth, LOVED water upon arrival on plane"
Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable, provide herbal/decaf hot tea, dried fruit snacks, BETTER SEATS, More plush maybe lumbar support, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, minimal air circulation"

The Carry-on luggage that approved by TSA and all other airlines,- always an issue with Air Canada. This is inappropriate as my carry on suitcase meets the requirements however it always asked to check in on AC flight on the gate. Yes I have it for free, but it takes extra time to pick up on the carousel. Apparently it fit the overhead space, so why AC has this issue all the time?

Too many notifications. Non of which were useful. 4 hours before traveling we discovered that we needed a transit visa. That's useful information. Air Canada should flag and keep flagging that up. Then the useless too much information had us go to Paris not Brussels. Chaos involving the customer. We will try never to use AC again.

The terminal this flight boarded from was so far away, poorly temperature controlled, and generally uncomfortable. The plane was small but the flight was short, so it wasn't so bad.

My flight was canceled and next one was 1 hour later. The gate was changed 3 times.

We did not have seat assigned until almost the very end of boarding and my husband and I did not sit together I don’t know why even though we bought tickets 3 months in advance and checked in very early. We were not standby and we were treated as we had stand by tickets. I will never fly Air Canada again.

Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.

Seriously need to improve the time schedule and the plans

Great TV, easy boarding, wonderful ground crew and flight crew.

It was late leaving but made up time in the air.

Rude Customer Service at checkin, 90 minute limit in flight check in is too strict. I was in line for 30 minutes because of slow/insufficient workers. Somewhere I got to the the counter of course the employee warned me about the 90 minutes. People were cutting the lines. No one did anything.
