Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
Purchased through Kayak at +/-$960.00 and was charged +/-$1,300.00 on Amex. Prepurcahed one bag, was not recognized by Air Canada
It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.
Boarding was very orderly. People should be made aware of what food is being offered when booking is made
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.
My seat wouldn't recline. But lots of leg room was great. Good flight.
dont advertise liquor drinks you don't have. begin flight on time. instead of an hour LATE. OVERHEAD BINS ARE TOO SMALL TO FIT STANDARD CARRY ONS
I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.
Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process

My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it

Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.
Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".
The crew was amazing! Despite the delay in Frankfurt and a somewhat chaotic and stressful boarding process, the crew was cheerful, helpful, professional and kind, particularly to a woman next to me traveling with a small child. Please share my appreciation. In addition, the food was excellent and especially appreciated the civilized use of ceramic dishes and real silverware.
Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..
I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.
The seat was a bit crowded since the person in front was reclined. It’s my personal belief that if the seats are allowed to recline, there should be more room. The service provided by the crew was the best I have experienced.
I never was able to take this cancelled flight…all flights from Zagreb were cancelled at 3:30 AM of departure day 9/8!
British airways canceled our connecting flight then sent an email 1 day before. Didn't offer us any comp for our flights or anything.
The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.
They canceled the original flight and I had to take the fligh the next day

The checkin process is always horrendous with this airline. They never have enough people working the desk or people assisting in the lines. Rude and unbothered. I never pick British Airways- I always get swapped in via American Airlines and may need to stop using American Airlines as well. No entertainment in flight. And they seem more concerned about selling food and drinks then they are about customer comfort
