Pros:How the staff went out of their way to get me a room I asked for when it wasn't booked that way
Cons:Staff was confused at first about which rooms were open, and they didn't seem to be consistent with each other about how they reserved and booked rooms for customers.

Pros:Location & affordable
Cons:Staff where very unprofessional, they locked me out my room one day because they didn't like the fact I lit an incense in a non smoking room, smh with my property still inside room! well it stunk so something had to give. You couldn't get toilet paper when needed nor towels or wash cloths unless the maid cleans your room, smh I was on vacation I didn't want to be disturbed, but the staff entered your room without permission! I would never stay here again ..the staff is very unprofessional
