It was very spacious. My driver was very friendly and funny 🤣😁. There was a bathroom in the trunk. And I needed (of course)to pee so you know where I left a wet spot(the trunk). The drivers around us were very friendly 😸, probably cuz I put a "baby 🍼 on board" sticker on the car. And my dog 🐶 absolutely loved 😍 the drive. He was barking like crazy.

No one answers the phones at Budget. The same voice menu prompts all take you to lost and found. Upon finally getting someone to confirm that Budget staff will be at the airport despite a late arriving flight, security told us they left 15 mins before I walked in (i.e. after the flight had actually landed). Really frustrated with Budget and will not rent from them again.

Rental company tried to force me to take an electric vehicle saying it was their choice. I was told the car had a driving range of 200 miles and must be returned with 70% of battery life. Rental companies are stuck with electric cars that are not wanted by renters. This was a bait and switch situation. I was forced to take the large SUV at a higher price.

Good value. Very service. Good car.

Cons:

I made the mistake of booking at a location that wasn’t at the airport. Cost us $35 for a taxi. Due to Covid they wouldn’t pick us up. That’s lame. Shuttles run. They would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

Didn't press to buy extra insurance (my Geico covers it). Friendly, helpful. Enterprise is my favorite at any worldwide location.

Cons:

A chauffeur (just kidding!). Nothing. Enterprise is great!

Pros:

Car was great, very automated check in process, appreciated the drop off on the way back to the airport.

Cons:

Noticed after reviewing the bill that we were charged an extra $18/hour when we returned the car 2 minutes past 2 o'clock. Nothing was said about the charge during the closing process (just slipped in). Not very transparent.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, customer-focused ... even made sure we got a ride home after we dropped it off.

Cons:

The computer program seemed to have a mind of it's own - but the staff person knew just how to make it cooperate - but it did make it more time consuming than it should have been.

The Alamo desk was closed so Enterprise helped with both pickup and drop off. These places are completely interchangeable.

Honestly it’s an airport thing it was confusing after we returned the car to the airport to know who to report to next! Eventually scar was circling with a very nice guy and he checked the car back in but there was10 minutes of wondering first.

I asked for a shovel as St John’s Newfoundland has just received 20-20 cm snow. They said that they didn’t provide shovels. I had already paid $20 for four snow tires to be installed. I told the individual in charge that I had just had shovel my way out to come ask for a shovel when I realized that the car didn’t have one. We had to look for ways around to avoid windows left by plies or just uncleared streets as we had no means to dig our shelves out of trouble short of buying a shovel if we could find one Roy
