Pros:The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Very very friendly staff.
Cons:For having 6 elevators, it sure took forever to get a one...super super slow. I even overheard a customer complaining how slow. This hotel needs to be remodel. It has been stuck in the 80's mirror motif. I also did not like that their bathrooms had NO fan. So as soon as you took a shower, you have to open up the bathroom door. The TV remote is shady. The power button is right below the button for you to purchase an in house mainstream movie, and when your done watching whatever channel, once you turn the TV off. The TV automatically will return you to the premium movie channel. If you are not watching what your doing, you might purchase a movie...BE CAREFUL. My friend went onto the balcony and he told me it wobbled. They have underground parking, but its best that you have a compact car...tiny tiny spaces.
