Hit with extra fees upon pick up even though rental was already fully paid for. Upon drop off more fees again. Nothing related to damage or late fees, purely extra fees and taxes. Ended up being twice the cost of what I originally paid for in full.

Fantastic service at Whitehorse airport. Car was ready and cleaned for collection and we were on our way in minutes. We received advice on where to visit and were able to extend our hire when we decided to keep the the car for an extra day

Double the charges compared with the booing online. Still negotiate with rental company. I suspected the price quoted online is a scam.

did not tell us the rear hatch release was located under the right taillight. Had to go on the internet to find out the next day
