The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee is right in the middle of downtown Milwaukee. This location gets guests close to all of the big attractions that the city has to offer. Pros:The staff were nice and kind which made my stay pleasant.
Cons:The room was cold and the room temperature controller only blew cold air and not warm. As a result I did not sleep well, on my last night I had to ask for a second blanket and that seemed to be a bit better.

Pros:Valet was quick and friendly. Restaurant food good. Room was clean but sink drained too slowly.
Cons:Convention that CONSUMED the hotel. Since has an open concept interior, convention seemed 24/7. Unfortunately, to add insult to injury, 3:30am fire alarm sounded Saturday night. No bill under the door in the morning so felt compelled to stop by front to check out. Many, many smokers at the doors and the smell of smoke on occasion inside.

Cons:Check- in time is at 3pm. My fiancé and I got there at 330 to stand in line for 20 minutes and then be told that our room wasn't clean yet. They pointed us towards their restaurant and said you can get some drinks and food to wait for your room to be ready. After spending $80, waiting 2.5 hours, and complaining multiple times our room was finally ready and cleaned at 6pm at night!! They gave us a free drink as well as free breakfast coupon the next time but we were still very frustrated having to wait in their restaurant for our room to be ready 3 hours after check in time. If check in time is at 3pm then the rooms need to be ready!
