C$ 350 Find cheap flights to Martinique

Boarding and staff were excellent. The food was ok. Very cramped seating. No existent entertainment other than on iPhone over wifi with poor choices of movie or shows. Bring your own entertainment. Nowhere to charge your phone

Delay was not properly communicated. Service, plane, value of ticker were all great.

Excellent service and food in the Club Class. Warmly recommend. Much better than AC.

My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .

From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.

Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Water and a cookie was all they offered, shocked we couldn’t buy a thing no coffee, no pop, beer or any type of food, besides that everything went very smoothly

Check in online did not offer checked baggage option but was fine to do it at airport. Not sure what if any on board entertainment options there were-an instruction card would help. Never flew with you before but would happily do so again.

I surprisingly have no recommendations. My first flying with Canada Jetlines and I will definitely fly again!!

Great new airline. LOVE the fact that carry-on baggage is no-charge. They weren’t picky about carry on size like some of the US ultra low cost carriers can be. You got a drink, no snack. They boarded “old school” from back of the plane to the front which I have always been a big fan of. Flights were on time. I am 6’ and I had enough legroom (although I was in an aisle seat as I always am). No issues and loved the flight and the price. Will be a return customer.

Check in with as long, especially considering we did not have any checked bags

While the flight left on time, the experience afterwards was terrible. Starting with the flight attendants who were very unprofessional (there were times during the flight when I felt the crew was hiding from the passengers at the front and back of the plane chatting amongst themselves) and had very poor communication skills. All announcements over the intercom were poorly delivered and many passengers were left confused on what was said. To top this off, the airline left my checked-in luggage at my departure city and I've been calling/emailing their customer service representatives ("CSR") who show no empathy or urgency to address my situation. First off, I have an Airtag on my luggage and when I told them that the luggage was left behind, they didn't believe me and tried to convince me that it wasn't missing. During my subsequent communications over the phone with the CSR staff, I go on to find out that the staff that monitors emails and phones are completely separate and unable to communicate with each other. After I've emailed/called, I was promised that their airport staff will contact me right away. It has been over 24 hrs and I still haven't gotten a call/email. I have made subsequent inquiries over the phone regarding the status of this call and the CSR cannot tell me. Luckily, my luggage has since arrived at my destination (on a subsequent flight) but now it is just sitting in the airport. I'm praying that this will be dealt with soon after which, I will never fly this airline ever again.

I Had very bad experience for rental car company nu rep and charged me for insurance , already had it

I loved the crew's professionalism. The landing was unbelievably smooth, haven't experienced that in years

Their system was slow so it took them well over 4 hours to complete checkin but they kept assuring us that the flight won’t leave without all the passengers as it’s their fault but at the end of 4th hour then tell us that the immigration will close for the night and the last few of us are left stranded behind. The customer service itnay open at night. The airlines does have its own crew at Toronto airport so no one to help us.

Great first experience, I will definitely be flying again as soon as I can. No online check in was a bit nerve-wracking with a newer airline, and it was a bit disorganized at the airport check in but I've definitely experienced way worse with the major airlines. I arrived 2.5 hours early and had tons of time. Looking forward to new routes!

Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight

Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.

Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.

I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).

Great flight. The captain did a great job of minimizing some minor turbulence and in general it was a smooth flight. Early departure and early arrival at destination. Great service.

They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!

The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.

Horrible - they lied to me about baggage & boarding, even though I specifically spoke to their agents the day before my flight about my issue. When I showed up they did not let me board and stranded me at my airport until I bought a new flight with money I did not have to spend.

Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!

My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.

My husband has disabilities, the crew on the ground as well as in the air were so helpful, taking some of the stress from me. Thank you!

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

I wasnt able to choose my seat during booking my flight _months_ in advance and then when I checked in for my flight, I _still_ couldnt choose my seat. I was finally able to get a seat when I got to the gate, and they stuck me in a middle seat next to a jerk. This was my return flight, and on my departing flight I was able to choose my seat, so I dont understand what the issue was but it was very annoying and a miserable ~6.5 hours on the return flight.

Overall, the experience was good: both gate crews and air crew were friendly and efficient. The food - as always - leaves a little bit to be desired in terms of choice and quality, but I've had worse. I will say that the pilot's landing of the Airbus A321-200 in Vancouver was superb, i.e. no discernible "bump" when the aircraft touched down, just a "rumble" as the undercarriage started to roll. Beautiful!

We're not on the flight. Because of the pilot strike we were told to reschedule our flight to the 25th instead of the 19th. This has been an unplanned extended holiday.

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

No wifi internet the entire international flight. My ear plug for the headphones was damaged so had no audio for movies or internet during flight. Had to play a crossword on my tablet. Bummer.

Gate changed twice, boarding late. However, there was more than usual leg room. Crew was fine. No entertainment due to computer problem.

Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.
