As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.

Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.

I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.

This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again

Better snacks options for a 3.25 hour flight . There was only 1 choice - a fruit granola bar .

I liked the airport and aircraft crew. I disliked the fact that I and TSA pre check approved but this airline is not affiliated to the program. I was 4 hours befor departure and I barely made it to the gate. The airline does not allow to buy extra luggage online. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in my luggage I had to do another line to pay my luggage with another hour of waiting. Only one airline person to process payment. This is ridiculous and I saw so many elderly people struggling in line waiting long hours.

Solo diré que mi vuelo tuvo 5 horas y media de atraso. Jamás explicaron el motivo y se tomaban el tiempo del mundo para anunciar su siguiente retraso. Es más, esperaban a que llegara la hora de la supuesta salida para decir que se retrasaba nuevamente por otra siguiente hora. Implicó que tuvimos que pagar gastos extrae por el alquiler de nuestro auto y cuando le planteamos a customer services se desentendieron totalmente. Nada profesionales novel dios. Tengo tanto que decir en contra de aerolíneas argentinas que prefiero parar acá. Terrible, terrible, terrible

no usb conector. i freeze out all the flight, 2 blankets were not enough, apparently air conditioning cannot be tune. a seat side of mine has to be move because water falls from the upper luggage compartment

I flew with a baby and the crew at night from Bs As to Atlanta were super helpful!

As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent flight and service. Food, main course and dessert are good but 1st course very bad. I didn't like the breakfast. Needs something as cheese or fruit. Or at least a good quality croissant.

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Online checkin - a mess, unable to do… At airport - terrible, only one agent for priority checkin.long wait for the line of folks..

Due to one crew member not showing up to work, our flight was significantly delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight in Houston to Mississippi causing us to be delayed by more than 6 hours and missing our event all together. Very disappointing. All because ONE crew member called in sick. United did grant us a $15 meal voucher, which was a small but appreciated concession that I wasn’t able to use because I ordered my lunch and paid for it before applying the concession, and the staff said it was too late to use it. Ugh! We also had a TWO delay coming back from Mississippi, but that was on American Airlines and it was due to weather, so not their fault. Anyway, not at all impressed with United’s handling of our flight and the HUGE disappointment of missing our important family event for our 90 year old mother. All that money and all that stress and emotions for nothing. Having to wait the hour to bring an employee from LAX seemed like something that should not have happened. Why don’t you have a local back-up? Santa Ana is not a little airport in a rural area.

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!

Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.

The flight and crew were fine. The entertainment- the sound was so bad through the headphones I could barely understand it and it was a show I had seen before. The food might have been fine but having to have an account with united in order to access the app in order to pay for the food was rage inducing. I had entered my credit card info at home and logged in as guest but that wouldn’t allow the “wallet” tab to open in the app. And then the wifi was so bad that it took about 45 minutes to fully log in and get all the info working at which time I missed the food. You shouldn’t have to give your address, email and phone number in order to get a hamburger.

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

The food on Rouge is mediocre at best. The inflight entertainment did not work for me. I am technically oriented so there must have been an issue with the Rouge wifi network. I used my phone and downloaded content.

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.

Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.

I understand the plane was fully booked, but it was my first time to be asked for putting my carryon bag as a checked bag. They didn’t tell me that it was free, they were just rude asking to leave it alone. I totally have no idea it was free. No one explain to me, and they just speak French which I don’t understand. This boarding experience was really sad. I wish people who is doing boarding could be helpful and understand what people need, and they have to explain to customers, they cannot just saying it was full, and check your bag. It was really frustrating for people who travel like this first time.
