The flight attendants were EXTREMELY personable and appreciated the service, lights going off after dinner (probably the norm, but I haven’t flown evening overnight flights in a while). Thank you!

I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived

I enjoyed the flight. I did find it strange that when I arrived at my seat although I had paid for a window seat that I was assigned a middle seat. Thankfully I was between a couple and they wanted to sit together. Please do a better job with this BA!

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

They lost my special meal request and tried to tell me I didn't request it. I had the proof. Then they tried to get me to eat food I can't eat. No apologies

I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.

Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie

3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.
