Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

Made payment for extra baggage online. When I got to check-in, they made me pay again. Lesson learned - Dont buy extra luggage allowence online, only pay at check-in.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

Discomfort has become a feature in Avianca flights. That isn’t terrible on short, local flights (most of them 1-2 Hrs)… but a 7-Hr flight with no water, no coffeee, no nothing (unless you buy it) is just not right. Uncomfortable seats, almost inhuman space between chairs, in long-haul flights needs to be reviewed by airline. And unavailable entertainment system doesn’t help either. Flight was safe and on-time, which isn’t easy to achieve. But all other features aren’t features: they’re a modern way of torture. Avianca really needs to up their game, or bluntly declare: we’re an ultra low-cost airline, and fees will drop accordingly.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.

Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

Nice people. Awful.delays and inconvenience. Plane was old and comfort level poor. Food was not great.Two overnights in Canada when flights were meant to have an easy connection. Disappointing all around.. All in all shall be grateful and happy to get home..

Very squishy seating, the guy in the window seat was way too large for the row and should have been in an exit row or higher cabin with more space. No entertainment, internet only worked for about 1/2 an hour after notifying flight attendant about it. Harassed multiple times about carryon bag being too big, even though it fit perfectly into the size checker.

Poor communication, when they chose to change my airlines to Alaska when entering back in the US. Even gate agents were confused.

It was by far the best trip. Cabin crews were fantastic and friendly
