Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!

My return flights were changed by the airline and my preferred seat selection with extra legroom was not transferred to the new flights

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.
My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers
The fight was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flight was also overbooked. But we were in Comfort plus so the flight was fine for us.
flight was delayed and stewards were preoccupied and not helping passengers. The pilot was very communicative which was great. The window was dirty as were the back of the front seats with chewed gum and slime on it. I hope this helps.
Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good
We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.
Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.
It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.
The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.
The 3 hr delay on this connecting flight was a drag.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!

Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight
