I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.
Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Was a short flight, not good or bad. Extremely cramped and I'm only 6feet 1inches. 295lbs.
Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame
If I wanted to leave on a Monday I would have booked to leave on Monday. Instead, thanks the west jet i spent another night in a hotel on my dime because they don’t even have a number you can call that works. It’s just says due to the high call volume we can’t take your call, that’s it. Our a Canadian airline industry needs an overhaul.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!

The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
Terrible. Frequent last minute flight cancellations with terrible rebooking options!
United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app
