Flight was late creating alot of stress getting to my connecting flight which was also delayed - fortunately worked in my favor, but made for a very late arrival time.
Great service, great options, flight was bumpy so didn't get second beverage service and everything was communicated very clearly and courteously. No notes: everyone did great! Also loved the fun Hawaiian drink options (non-alcoholic).
I understand bottom line but..... You have to get more room in the seats. Why not give full cans for the drink service, little things go a long way. Thank you
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
It was good. There was a mistake made in Seattle. Somehow we were bumped out of our seats as if we weren't on the flight anymore. The woman at the gate caught it and announced our name to come up and she fixed it.
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Friendly and helpful crew. Had no issues at all other than the St Thomas airport is woefully small, so allow plenty of time. Flight was pretty smooth and we arrived earlier than planned.
Friendly crew, quick boarding. We even arrived a few minutes earlier than our original flight plan. No onboard screens, but it’s a relatively short flight so it’s not really an issue.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
It was my first time with United Airlines and I would say it was very good experience and best of all the flights were on time. Will definitely fly with United Airlines next time.

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad
Will never book through you again. Very disappointed in the notices and action taken or provided when planes are rescheduled, enough to cause missed connections
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it

Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.
The seats were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Other similar-sized jets with the same seating arangement have been far more comfortable. This interfered with sleeping, so it was a big issue. Moreover, the lack of a digital boarding pass forced an extra trip to print one, and the overall digital experience was poor. WestJet's website could not figure out one of my flights existed.

My plane was cancelled and had to be rebook for the evening was not happy.
The flight was cancelled and we had to rebook on Porter to make our cruise the next day. Air Canada has not compensated. We won’t be flying with them again. This is the second time this has happened. Also the return flight was delayed 2 hours who knows why.
Mixed experienced. Nice staff. Spacious 787 better than cramped Airbus, though my seat was broken. The bad: Way overpriced ticket and charged for food despite 6 hr flight.
Separated me and my wife and wife’s sister in far apart different seats even though I booked them all together. Just scams after scams to make us pay more. Worst airline
Very smooth flight and the crew members were very welcoming.
The only issues I have are the seats are very small and so is the overhead storage. You should mention that while booking flights. I had plenty of knee room but I am wider than my seat, and I am not fat at all. The Mitsubishi 900 models need to be upgraded to western size people. I do not know how a 300 pound woman fit into those seats. I had to continuously lean away from the aisle to keep people and flight crew from bumping into my shoulder. 3 hour flight so no entertainment or food, just snacks and a drink, which was no big deal. The buttery/garlic pretzels were pretty tasty.
If you want your flight to get delayed constantly for 13+ hours and given a 10 dollar food voucher the. I would say take air canada. Worst experience ever.
My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!
