Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.

I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.

Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.

Flight staff very friendly and helpful where possible. Late flight and travelling with young child, cabin lights remained on for the duration of the flight which was a little disappointing considering the time of the flight. Overall very happy to travel with Aer Lingus.

Nice to be on a flight that wasn't fully booked so there were only two of us in the three seat row.

Delayed due to weather... fine. But then the board us. Rows 15 and back had to go down the stairs and back up the back stair entrance to the plane. No assistance offered. Then they inform us that we are delayed for paperwork for an hour. So why did we board? Then, about 45min later they inform us that it'll be another 60-90mins. Really? No wifi, no seat entertainment, no drink or snacks offered. And we were not allowed to deboard.

There were a lot of empty rows. As a single passenger I should not have been seated with 2 others. The WiFi didn’t work. The Kosher meal was awful.

The transatlantic flight was wonderful. The regional reminded me of jet blue. Crazy and packed. Not enough overhead space and tough on elderly.

They lost my baggage on my connecting flight and we’re an hour late so I nearly missed it

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

If you are looking for the bare bones in an airline - this will do. The boarding process in Newark and Iceland was so disorganized, I thought there was some sort of emergency. No - this is what they do every time. After a full plane was ready to board in Newark, Icelandic Air insisted that everyone have a paper ticket in hand. Mass chaos ensued as dozens of passengers then had to line up in a different queue. On the 5-hour flight, two tiny glasses of water were dispensed. Yes - I could have ordered food, but not even a pretzel was given for free. In Iceland, a full plane of people waited over twenty minutes in a cattle shoot hallway while the plane was readied. Why were we lined up so early? Kids were screaming and some older adults could not stand for that length of time and also hold luggage. Flight was pleasant with the same two glasses of water -one in a tiny paper cup. Movie selection decent but headphones will cost you $5.00. What airline does that? Charge me five dollars more and give them out to passengers. Shame on you for being so cheap!

Checking a bag at KEF was time consuming due to long lines despite having a business class ticket

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

on plane service was excellent - we flew business class. And everything ran on schedule - always a good thing. However, the transfer is Reykyavik - both going and coming - was really crowded and confusing. It's tough enough when you're tired from a long flight - but then to push through heavy crowds to get on to a shuttle bus seems like they don't have the facilities to support the numbers.

On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.

Not much! This was my first flight with Iceland air and unfortunately it wasn’t what I have expected. My luggage is lost nothing as of yet where it was left. Not a good service at all!!

My husbands flight last night Vancouver/Sydney was 90 minutes late in leaving. My flight tonight Vancouver/Seattle was also late in departing.

My mother, 80years old, had arranged for wheelchair assist to and from the aircraft cabin and in the airport but, no one showed up for her to de-plane. Apart from Air Canada having a reputation of being late for every leg of its flight so nothing was new this time so this time they did worse by not assisting seniors. I guess our whole family is done with this airline

Because we had to drive to Toronto due to delays in Windsor on our return we had a car in Toronto so we had to drive home

6 hours late on departure from Vancouver due to crew schedules! Unacceptable

I missed my niece’s high school graduation because the flight was delayed 3 hours. I broke down at the airport and on the plane several because of how heartbroken I was to miss it.

The flights were pretty close to the scheduled times, all connections were smooth and without additional delays, and my luggage was accounted for throughout the journey. All in all, this was the best travel experience I've had in quite some time.

The flight crew was extremely accommodating, finding a place for my guitar. Thank you so much! Departure time, however it was delayed almost an hour because the plane was not at our gate on time. We did make up most of that timing flight, however, but it is always annoying to be delayed for that length of time. I was looking forward to the, but, honestly, it was really bad. Overall, however, my first experience with Canada was really good and I would recommend you. Thx.

Flights delayed over 4 hours with no compensation. No agents at counters to assist with re-booking.

Seating for almost 3 hours in the plan before aircraft takeoff. Very exhausted .

The bathroom did not have hand soap. That is unacceptable.

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.

Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.

Some pretty unfriendly check in crew members. This is a no frills airline.

A flight attendant placed a meal on my tray. I was in 44E. The passenger who was in 44G had gone to the bathroom. I ate the meal. When the passenger in 44G asked where his meal was the flight attendant put the blame on me. She claimed another attendant put the meal on my tray. She then claimed when she gave me the meal she asked me if I had ordered a special meal. She did not Worst experience I have ever had with a crew member.

Entertainment screen was not functioning, there was no effort made by flight attendants to take care of the problem. All I could do was looking at customs forms and watch landing videos for 10 hrs 😁 Bruno Volk

I did not get a flight from JFK to Portland nonexistent Condor flight 308 does not exist and JetBlue knew nothing and someone changed my ticket and eliminated that leg of the flight. I would love to know who’s going to pay for my $750 car rental.

My return flight from JFK to Portland Maine disappeared and it cost me $750 to rent a car and drive home from New York. I don’t even know where to start with who screwed up or what condor blaming the ticket sales or JetBlue JetBlue knows nothing. Everyone giving me the runaround. Gotta say the service all-around sucked.

The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
