They had us waiting for over an hour to rearrange passengers and luggage for balance, then waiting another hour and half after arrival for luggage only for my bag to have been left behind. The staff weren’t helpful saying that they had to leave the luggage behind because of how many people were on the plane and it wasn’t a full plane. Refused to issue a baggage claim initially then when they did the sent it back home instead of the address provided at my next destination. Terrible.

Plane was having problem once in the air. Had to come back, wait, change plane. 5h30 delay…
Airline handlers broke two of mu suitcases! One wheel on one of my luggage completely came off and two of the frames and the wheels cracked on another. They handled it by giving my a voucher! WTH! My luggage is a set and now two are broken! Absolutely ridiculous and they took lack of responsibility.
Your seats are so close I’m practically sitting in people’s laps and the micro thin mats on the chairs to reduce weight are atrocious in comfort
First class stewards have an ego problem and treat travelers unkind! Will never use your airlines again…
Wasn’t crazy about the long walk out to the plane and having to show our boarding pass twice. Everything else was just fine!
I had never flown Alaska before. Years ago I flew constantly. Flying these days is not a glamorous experience. It’s not that easy to get inexpensive direct flights either. Not glamorous but reasonably priced and comfortable. I appreciated the inflight WiFi (for messaging only but that’s ok, I like to read on flights). I didn’t check the inflight entertainment, see above. I was lucky on the AUS => SFO flight—they needed volunteers to check bags at the gate. That bumped me up a level in status so they let me move to an empty exit row. The return flight I was assigned a seat in one. Very nice. As pleasant a trip as possible these days.
My flight was cancelled, therefore I missed the bus I was supposed to catch in Reno. and the only new flight that would work at all put me in reno at midnight instead of noon. I was not offered a place to sleep, nor a refund for my missed bus. I’m deeply disappointed by this experience and doubt I’ll fly with Alaska airlines again.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
Agent checking me in was great. Plane was nice. Problem was with the handling of my fragile check in. They damaged my steel drum, waiting to hear back from them to see if they will take any responsibility. Think twice about travelling with something fragile, they don't seem to treat it any different than normal luggage
I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go

My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !
It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.
Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly
Worst airlines. I will never fly this again. Please warn customers. They cancelled our first flight and then gave us flight vouchers that were declined.
Excellent customer service at check in at Austin flight to DFW and excellent customer service from Karren in terminal B at DFW.

Flight attendants on American Airlines are rude very harsh with their time of voice. Nearly identical experience as spirit airlines. However, from Spirit Airlines, you expect this level of mediocre service. You do not expect this from the big three..

Flight was good. However, they had everyone board the plane then made us sit there on the tarmac for an hour plus due to maintenance issues. Besides that flight attendant and pilot were amazing.
Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.
It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.
Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.
The luggage was completely damaged. It was ripped at the corner and the lock was stuck. We had to rip it open.
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
The TSA people or whatever you call them were a bit rude- I asked why I had to take my shoes off bc I'm 75 and in the USA, I don't have to. The man didn't need to snap at me. It wasn't even busy! The plane was ok, a bit small for such a long flight, but I'm very familiar with the 737 used ( I fly it often between SFO and SAN) service was ok-nothing special. If I drank alcohol I guess I would be happy with free choices. the plane was HOT and even the FA commented on it. They tried to get it cooler, but it never happened.
Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.
Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.
The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

Very good. But seat selection was not good. We were put on different rows. Would have been nicer to sit besides each other as a couple.
Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.
I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
