The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
It's the shortest trip one could get from BEG anywhere, so it was fine.
I paid for luggage when I bought the ticket but I could not board until I paid for luggage again. The fault lays at the feet of eDreams, the company that booked our flight. Sorry, Air Serbia, but it did affect the boarding process.
They had lost my ticket and despite showing them the confirmation email with the itinerary and receipt of payment for the flight they could not put me on that flight and rescheduled departure postponing it by a whole week
Kraljevo is very convenient airport. It's brand new, small.and efficient. Great job!

Plane was late causing me to miss connection. Flight the next late causing me to miss the rebooked connection. Air seberia I think is more late than on time
Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.
This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.
I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.
Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.
