So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport
Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.
Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up
Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.
This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!
No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.
Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!
