AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays

was wondreful! just let me know what airline im flying in advance!

I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience

Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.

We're not on the flight. Because of the pilot strike we were told to reschedule our flight to the 25th instead of the 19th. This has been an unplanned extended holiday.

Simple direct flight. Carry-on only. The plane doesn't have enough room for all the carry-on luggage, which always results in a traffic jam trying to find space for it all (which is partly due to the punishing cost of checked baggage now). Other than that, everything was fine. Nice that they served complimentary refreshments on such a short flight.

5 day of cancellations and errors. Several days due to weather and several due to broken planes. Nightmare

Air Canada did nothing for me when my flight got delayed and canceled and I had to spent the entire day in the airport and spend money on a hotel room, plus lose money on a car rental
