The flight was delayed due to a safety check. Why couldn't that have been done ahead of time? We got to Seattle with enough time to make our connecting flight but they kept changing the gate so we missed it. There were at least ten of us who missed the flight. The airline was aware. They could have waited. They didn't. Our new flight was not for seven hours and then was delayed another two hours. We got the last seats which don't recline. Super uncomfortable after a long day spent at the worst airport. Did they offer us a meal voucher or anything? On top of that Alaska Airlines didn't complete my ticket to the new flight. I wasn't sure I would get on this horrible flight, either. Oh, and it's ten o'clock at night....no food. Is this how Alaska Airlines treats its customers? I'll never fly with this airline again.
It was very comfortable. Personal entertainment screens would, of course, have been nice. And the flight in Seattle was delayed, but... things happen. All in all, I like Alaska Airlines very much.
Flying sucks these days. No airline is better than another. Alaska Air At least gives you some pretzel snacks. That is about all I can say for it.
If all the airlines were ran so well. Staff very professional and kind.
Direct and non stop. We were late checking in but had paid for our luggage to be checked and they easily took the bags at the gate for us. We unfortunately had to take our bags through TSA and lost a few items...
The FTA in the JFK airport was so mismanaged. It needs improvement. Flight attendants should set age limits. In-flights snacks should provide two times instead one.
First time flying with any airline that has decent seating. Great experience crew was friendly and the pilot was as well.
Pretty disappointing as we did leave Seattle two hours late.
1.5 hour delay boarding plus 1+ hour sitting in plane waiting for ground crew to load luggage and freight, made for 3:00AM arrival in Seattle.
The second leg of my trip left without me despite being my inbound transfer only a few minutes late. My friends told the gate agent and they closed the doors and left early anyway. Then they tried to rebook me on a flight SIX hours later which only changed when I got a supervisor to make it 4 hours later. The gate agent was nasty, unhelpful, and walked away from me.
Not very good. Paid in excess of $400 for assigned seating for my family and that was not provided. I want that money back.
The seats were hard molded plastic covered in plastic vinyl. And the scam to charge people extra to sit together. Don’t they know we can just ask someone to trade seats. And watching the staff separate young children from parents… super classy. We had to guilt them into offering up our seats. This companies policies suck. Don’t give them your money.
The seats were awful, hard plastic covered in sheet vinyl. The airline tries to scam you into paying extra to get seat together when the flight wasn’t full. They were going to separate a family with young children but my wife who had a row to herself gave up her seat so the young mom could be with her young boys. I’m never giving this airline my money again.
It was a short flight so no food or entertainment….
Seats are uncomfortable but price is good. Guess I can put up with misery for four hours.
I’ve never traveled on Frontier before. If you want basic, no frills, friendly service at great prices then give them a fly!

Landing in terminal 2, but my luggage is terminal 3. We (and others) were looking for it in terminal 1. We probably missed the crew broadcast, but the communication could have been clearer for non native (or elderly) passengers.
I chose the seats when booked the flight and paid for them. However after checking in I found we were assigned different seats!
