Fine. Had trouble with the app,, maybe because it was part of an international flight
I didntnlike anything waste of 600 dollars. First class with Alaska for international person is like under the plane where we keep our suit cases.
Overall good. Good communication from the captain on delay, cozy seats, nice staff, and a perfect landing.
The plane was clean. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and the pilots kept everyone informed of our status, etc. It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and it was great. I'll be choosing them again in the future.
On time boarding, plenty of overhead baggage space even for Group F, on time departure / arrival.
Like - Staff was GREAT. Friendly, efficient, kind. Dislike - nothing at all I'll be flying Alaska again in a couple of weeks - long distance.

Good but a boarding pass for my return flight was not sent to me.
Not sure why the counter agent's couldn't have helped us with our flight change and only gave us a number to reservations. I thought their job was customer service, not "call this number"
It would have been best to have a direct flight from Reno to Seattle.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist
3hour delay In the last 3 months i had 3 flights and 2 of these had a more than 2:40 hrs delayed
Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast
I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours

Airlines changed our originally booked flights. Our luggage was completely damaged.
I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!
The check in and boarding was handled well. The crew were pleasant. Our seats did not recline which we didn't realize so impossible to sleep on the night flight. There was no complimentary food offered on our 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Vancouver except garlic pretzels and a cookie! We were expecting at least one meal which was very disappointing.
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.
Flight took off little late and landed back at YVR after an hour without informing a reason to the passengers. Also, second time also got late but an hour to take off. Therefore, I had to change my plans during due to delay in landing to SFO roughly about 6 to 7 hours.
Our flight AC 567 was delayed by almost 6 hrs due to mechanical falure

Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.
Fly was cancel, change airline, fly was delay not get back to Mexico until this morning at 5am worse travel experience ever my luggage is lost, I quiet honestly requesting refund of my travel, not to mention have to spend more in food and Uber from the airport to my home was supposed to be a 12 hr day turn a nightmare.
I think I was charged for $30 baggage fee when I thought economy included one checked bag.
