C$ 49 Find cheap flights from Detroit to Minneapolis

Flight was late. Club was full. Experience is exactly what I expected.

Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr

The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.

Delta flight overall it was goodT!the crew could do more and the food could be better.

This flight was supposed to land at 10:55 pm on January 14th. Instead, it landed at 3:20 am on Monday, January 15th, resulting in a completely lost day due to not going to bed until 5:00 am.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️

Fast boarding and exit. Different snacks other than almonds and sun chips.

The flight was overbooked and the staff at the gate started calling for volunteers to drop out and offering incentives. That delayed the flight

Update the cabin with tv screens or at least music sources.

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.

Our flight was delayed and there was no communication at the airport.

Very hard to get comfortable in seat since they are too crowded. One of our suitcases was destroyed on the flight and is unusable now. No one at ticket counter when we arrived and no indication on when they would be in service. When we finally got into the airport past the TSA, all restaurants were closed.

The plane boarded on time (at a gate next to Delta which was 2 hours late). No compatible headphones for me to purchase.

Crew was courteous. Flight was late arriving which made us late. Very cramped seating.

Flight attendants could have been more engaged in the passengers. They were more interested in talking to each other

The flight was fine and as expected. It was the waiting for over 45 minutes to retrieve the luggage that disappointed us.

They sure know how to make you feel like you're packed into a sardine can. Most uncomfortable seat you imagine.

They didn’t let me get my boarding pass through the app because I have a lap infant. The ticket said to see a gate agent but there was no gate agent available. I was supposed to go to the kiosk. Ended up missing my flight and they said that I never checked in to my flight so there was nothing that could be done. I will never fly spirit again. Not even worth the hassle and poor customer service.

Cancelled my flight , currently stuck in Houston and will likely miss my cruise

Passengers play their phones so everyone can hear them. No one tells them to use earbuds. Very annoying and unenjoyable.

I liked how we boarded early to combat all the chaos from people bringing oversized personal item luggage. It's so painful watching the process and feeling overwhelmed by the process.

Spirit Airlines has the worst customer service. I don't advise flying with them.

great customer service at the boarding gate that was warm and friendly. the flight experience with no complaints and the attendants were caring and attentive

It should be possible to get a cup of water at no cost. Not even asking for a whole bottle.

The issue I have is when we landed in Vegas (Dallas to Vegas). It seems as if we were traveling too fast during landing. I’m not sure what is was but it seems as if the nose of plane banged the ground making a loud bam nose. We went back into the air instantly. It took about 5 minutes for the pilot or someone to say a wind drift caused the hard landing, and that we would land in about 5 minutes. Many of us passengers did not believe the reason given. The second attempt was much smoother but this does not make me want to fly spirit again. The flight from Detroit to Dallas was fine.
