The pilot would speak it was painfully load a d the crew had to know this! Maybe the were hesitant to tell him. It was just a mediocre experience and I was in Spirit first class!

My experience was terrible. They cancelled my flight twice. They kept delaying it and leading me on, acting like the flight was going to go when it never had a chance. I missed out on valuable family time because of spirit and I won’t be flying with them again.

Was supposed to take off 8:00 last night. Got delayed till 8:00 this morning

It was a no show, so we got put in hotels for a nite. The A320 plane was very modern and flite and crew (if a pilot shows up were fine). Price was very good.

Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water

Flight was canceled without warning, gave credit that is hard to access. Awful airline.

Didn’t like that we weren’t even offered a water. And really didn’t like the male flight attendant, he had major attitude. The flight however was good, pilots got us there in time safely.

Everything was on time and the crew was very helpful. Would definitely use again

We liked the woman who worked our gate and waited with us for our plane. We changed gates 3 times. Our flight was supposed to leave at 11:28am. We actually left after 5pm. It was not a good situation. This delay cost us a lot of money.
