Experience was good. Was surprised they didn’t offer a complimentary meal on a 5 hour flight.
Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives
Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good
Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
On time. Did not like that I was forced to check my carry on bag. When I got to my seat there was riom to store my bag.
It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

I liked not paying for carry on and the compensation my husband and I received from the airline for overbooking our flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was a short flight and for that reason the flight was acceptable.
Overall, a good experience. The crew were not as friendly/helpful on my flight from Toronto to Nashville, but they were nice enough. I asked for a coffee about 45 min before landing, the flight attendant acted put out at the request.. apparently, they forgot about it and when I asked again they said it was too late. It was the only thing I asked for on the flight. Needless to say, it bugged me.
Something wrong with the plane so had to deplane and waited over 2 hours to finally leave
The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
