It took 30 minutes to check in with the Westjet rep. They didn’t have enough seats and she needed to make a call… I am always “randomly” selected to be checked at security. Their “randomly “ selection system may need some updating. They treat people like criminals. It is not appropriate behavior.

Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.

Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.

Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good

The whole problem of being denied boarding on flight I had ticket for having to sit in airport for 5 hours and not offered drink or cup of soup at that hour which was dinner time and did not leave until 11 PM

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly

Wasn’t able to purchase wifi for entertainment so the flight was long
