It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
Cramped seats. Audio jack for the in -flight entertainment was broken.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.
Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good
We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.
Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.
The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!

The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
Terrible. Frequent last minute flight cancellations with terrible rebooking options!
United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app
