The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

Service is pretty good. Sandwiches have to be purchased but I’ve bought my own food. Seat was comfortable and various movies to chose from.

Once again our Air Canada flight was delayed! I'm hopeful competition arrives with other airlines soon and maybe they will make a better effort to be on time!

My plane was cancelled and had to be rebook for the evening was not happy.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

The flight was delayed several times, however , they kept me well informed with enough advance warning that I had not left home yet

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

The flight was cancelled and we had to rebook on Porter to make our cruise the next day. Air Canada has not compensated. We won’t be flying with them again. This is the second time this has happened. Also the return flight was delayed 2 hours who knows why.

Mixed experienced. Nice staff. Spacious 787 better than cramped Airbus, though my seat was broken. The bad: Way overpriced ticket and charged for food despite 6 hr flight.
