The only issue had when i mentioned about comfort was the man beside me was on the larger side and took about 1/3 of my seat where i was pressed against the wall/window of the plane for the trip.
The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.
Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane
The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.
Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.
We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!
Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.
Only packaged snacks were served. It was a flight at lunchtime and a hot meal would have been a great.
Reserve check-in was very slow compared to regular check-in. Internet was slow
Lavatories broke with an hour to go. At least we were on time.
Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
Horrible. Sat at the gate in the plane for 2.5hrs.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
My screens didn't work on both my flights, while most of the cabin's did. Flights were OK, one took off over an hour late.
The seats for first class were so close together it was hard to get by one another to go to the bathroom. If I knew that this was first class I would have just paid and flown economy

Help from agents in security. As I had not flown in two years, I appreciated their help; very efficient
The flight crew was wonderful. We were delayed, however the pilot and crew made the delay enjoyable.
Everything was good on our two flights with Air Canada. Departed on time and smooth in the air. The short transfer window from domestic to international, although a little tight considering the distance one has to navigate is doable but some people freaked out tried to push off the domestic saying they would miss the international flight. They as disappointed t get a frozen breakfast something warm would have been much nicer. Glad for the vegan meals we ordered but a cold breakfast was unpleasant.
The flight attendant, Kearin, was delightful. He was funny, friendly, and helpful. The only problem with the flight was that a door from the above baggage compartment fell off during boarding which slightly delayed takeoff.
