The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

Service is pretty good. Sandwiches have to be purchased but I’ve bought my own food. Seat was comfortable and various movies to chose from.

PDX staff was great and we arrived on time in YVR.

They announced before boarding that the flight was full and there would be limited space in the overhead bins and you could check in for free. We did and after we boarded the plane found it was not full and there was plenty of space in the overhead bins. I’m not sure why they made this announcement.

Front desk attendant wouldn’t check me in even though there was not a single person in line. Made me use the kiosk. Kiosk had an error (of course) no baggage can be checked at this kiosk please see attendant. Then I had to wait in line for the same front desk attendant waiting for 5 people who ended up coming in front of me while I tried to use a broken and useless kiosk. Finally after checked in, wait 30 min to board all the way to zone 6 and they would deny me even after all the zone 1-5 people already went. Just literally making us wait to board so they stand there doing nothing for 5 minutes. Just ridiculous and awful customer service. Fly with literally anyone else

They are a great airline, and i enjoying flying with them. However my experience with booking through Kayak was a horrible experience. With all the restrictions and glitches of website. My entire bookings by kayak was wrong. And there was no possible way of fixing anything with them, because they hand over responsibility to the airline after purchase is made. Will not be booking through Kayak again and will inform my family and friends not to as well.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

The flight was delayed several times, however , they kept me well informed with enough advance warning that I had not left home yet

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

Bug wouldn't let me upgrade my 17 year old son to an exit row preferred seat even though conditions clearly stipulated 16 years minimum. Luckily no one else took the seat so a supervisor was able to force quit my son at the gate. Could have been a real problem had we been separated but all is well that ended well.
