Wonderful. I love ANA airlines. It's the best so far. My first pick when I travel now.
Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flights were late on every leg of the trip. Seating was narrow and uncomfortable, and food was below average. I complained directly to the crew, and ANA, and was offered no offset or compensation.
I have never been a big fan of airplane meals
We purchased premium economy seats 9 months ago and got bumped to economy when we tried to board the plane. It was a huge fiasco while they struggled to find us seats. I tried reaching out to Kayak to see how we can get refunded for the extra money we spent on premium but have heard nothing back. It was a 14 hour flight and were disappointed that we lost our seats after selecting them 9 months ago.
Flight was overall OK: lovely staff and smooth travelling. The only downside was no food was available on a 3.5 hour flight over lunchtime. Luckily we had realised this in advance and brought our own bento.
The whole flight in Economy was great, the crew were just amazing and the food was great as well
They did not have vegetarian options, but the staff did their best to accommodate me and hand wrote an apology and the number to call 24 hours before I get on the flight next time.
Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.
I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(
I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.

Excellent service provided the flight crew. Food and drinks were very good.
Meal options for vegetarians can be provided… Nothing was offered for me for dinner.. crew just said no vegetarian option available and did even bother to provide any alternatives or something to eat.
Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~
