Great flight attendants, very friendly. The flight was on time and boarding was easy.
The flight was 1.5 hours late. The gate crew in Las Vegas were not friendly at all.
They had us waiting for over an hour to rearrange passengers and luggage for balance, then waiting another hour and half after arrival for luggage only for my bag to have been left behind. The staff weren’t helpful saying that they had to leave the luggage behind because of how many people were on the plane and it wasn’t a full plane. Refused to issue a baggage claim initially then when they did the sent it back home instead of the address provided at my next destination. Terrible.
Love Alaska Airlines. Reasonable prices and flights that go where I want to go.
Plane was having problem once in the air. Had to come back, wait, change plane. 5h30 delay…
Airline handlers broke two of mu suitcases! One wheel on one of my luggage completely came off and two of the frames and the wheels cracked on another. They handled it by giving my a voucher! WTH! My luggage is a set and now two are broken! Absolutely ridiculous and they took lack of responsibility.
The service and freezing in-cabin experience from Seattle to Honolulu was dreadful.
My flight was cancelled, therefore I missed the bus I was supposed to catch in Reno. and the only new flight that would work at all put me in reno at midnight instead of noon. I was not offered a place to sleep, nor a refund for my missed bus. I’m deeply disappointed by this experience and doubt I’ll fly with Alaska airlines again.
Instant upgrade to First Class based on my One World status. Better than AA.
The fly was delayed but otherwise, not bad. I was in First class so not too much to complain. The SEA airport though is a different story.
flight was delayed and stewards were preoccupied and not helping passengers. The pilot was very communicative which was great. The window was dirty as were the back of the front seats with chewed gum and slime on it. I hope this helps.

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.
Agent checking me in was great. Plane was nice. Problem was with the handling of my fragile check in. They damaged my steel drum, waiting to hear back from them to see if they will take any responsibility. Think twice about travelling with something fragile, they don't seem to treat it any different than normal luggage
I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go
My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.
The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.
Boarding, offer those who need assistance some time not to be rushed.

We didn't get any food, not even a snack. Besides of that the experience of flying with Air Canada was great

The flight crew was wonderful. We were delayed, however the pilot and crew made the delay enjoyable.
On the way to Vancouver from Toronto I was in AC 111. What an amazing aircraft. I was in economy but there was plenty of leg room and it was comfortable and also the entertainment system was good. On the way back from Vancouver to Toronto I was in Ac 120. It was not as good as the one before but it was okay. The entertainment unit was small and the seats were pretty tight but not the worst I have been in. Over all both flights were good but ac 111 was far better than ac 120. But I had a good experience. No delays, bags came on time. In fact both the times it was on time departure and early arrival which I appreciate
Everything was good on our two flights with Air Canada. Departed on time and smooth in the air. The short transfer window from domestic to international, although a little tight considering the distance one has to navigate is doable but some people freaked out tried to push off the domestic saying they would miss the international flight. They as disappointed t get a frozen breakfast something warm would have been much nicer. Glad for the vegan meals we ordered but a cold breakfast was unpleasant.
