We had to cancel and we’re treated fairly with 100%refund quickly
There was an issue with water that led to us not having potable water onboard. They dumped the onboard water and we were two hours late taking off.
All good. Great food and entertainment when there isn’t any on a one hour flight
The flight from San Diego to San Jose gate 28A The two persons working there didn’t even turn on the display board. The display board saying to Sacramento. When I asked she was rude and showed the board . Then he realized And changed. Every one was confused because we are running late to catch that flight coming from IAD. Very irresponsible staff.
Great crew, great boarding, old B-list movies, no free meal service, child kicking my seat back all flight long, early arrival, then 40 minute, confused wait for bags.
I liked the flight attendant named Tyler. He was charismatic and genuine. I like the pilot in my second flight, he was considerate to everyone’s feelings. I liked the people I sat beside. I like the plane size. I like Alaska airlines
It was a little chilly on the ride. The entertainment was the book I brought, and it was excellent.
orgiginal scheduled flight ( 2.5 hours connection) was cancelled, was given option to rebook between a 1-hour connection or a next day flight. Missed connection flight, and decided to book last minute with an other airline.
The flight was excellent with the exception of being sent from Florida to Seattle before finally being sent from Seattle to Hawaii.
Upon arrival we had to wait for a gate, then when we arrived at the gate there was no one to move the gangway to the plane. Very poor coordination .
If I pay extra for "comfort+" I expect leg room where I can stretch my legs. I was seated with an attendant's seat blocking my feet. Knee space was fine but my feet had less room than the non-"comfort+" seats. Also, don't go cheap on food when you have flights of 3+ hours. It's insulting.
Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
They separated our seats and moved us to the back of the plane. Hundreds of dollars and thousands of miles used and this was my platinum member experience.
Since it wasn’t a Delta flight, I was not able to sit with my group and there was no entertainment.
Three adults, three children. They did not give us seats together. Two seats together, in row 23, one in 13, one in 14, one in 10, and one in 17. When we got on the plane, the crew tried to ask people to move but basically threw up their hands. One person moved so we had two pairs of seats together. The 1.5 year old sat on a parent's lap (despite having paid for his own seat).
the fight attendants were great and i appreciated that they had season 1 of The Wire from HBO as a viewing option
AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Boarding process was poor and slow. Should fill the plane up from the back like other good airlines
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.

Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
