The first flight attendant who served refreshments was not pleasant at all. No eye contact, no smile, I used my “please “ and “thank you “ and all but had pretzels thrown at me. Next one far surpassed pleasantries and more like Alaska Air! Good leg room, comfortable seats. Boarding was without flaws. I didn’t order food….
I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight was Alaska Airline Flight 9. The confirmation number is YWHLPB. Please be advised I purchased Insurance for this flight. The reference number is UVCV4-X4TK9-INS. the departure time was changed several times. At the end we were late 2 hours and 15 min. It was a poor experience

Delay of 4 hours, i understand there was a medical emergency, but the fact that they arrived without the medical equipment and didnt have a replacement on the airport was annoying because they told us supposedly their manager went for one replacement to JFK airport and cross the city on traffic i mean seems so unprofessional! Anyways at least the flight was safe!
The flight was amazingly smooth from take off to landing. The flight attendants at boarding were amazing. The flight attendants on the flight were amazing. This was my first time flying on Alaska Airlines and I am impressed!
The flight itself was great. Just the last leg was delayed almost 2 hours between take off, sitting on the runway, etc. Otherwise completely fine, no complaints.
Airplane had a caution light turn on so we sat 2hrs on the runway waiting to get it checked out.
The flight crew was excellent. The seats in economy were more comfortable than other flights that I have taken in economy. The only criticism that I have is the lack of food. Flying time was 5 hours and the inly food was a package of biscotti and some pretzel mix. You need to preorder food or carry it onboard.
flight was delayed and stewards were preoccupied and not helping passengers. The pilot was very communicative which was great. The window was dirty as were the back of the front seats with chewed gum and slime on it. I hope this helps.

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.
Agent checking me in was great. Plane was nice. Problem was with the handling of my fragile check in. They damaged my steel drum, waiting to hear back from them to see if they will take any responsibility. Think twice about travelling with something fragile, they don't seem to treat it any different than normal luggage
I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go
My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.

Flying Air Canada was pleasant and enjoyable. The United portion was lacking.
