Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
It was good. There was a mistake made in Seattle. Somehow we were bumped out of our seats as if we weren't on the flight anymore. The woman at the gate caught it and announced our name to come up and she fixed it.
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!
Bumpy landing and no food per turbulent weather but no fault of flight! Everything fine.
Sat first class, not even a soda or any beverage service! I know it’s not a long flight, but zero cabin services?
Staff was great. Flight was cramped, and flight to Spokane was delayed.
Flight was delayed about 45 min and they never offered an explanation. Peruse, staff were friendly and competent and the flight was safe.

No TSA pre check on boarding passes. Was told known traveler numbers are only kept with Alaska Airlines mileage plan members. Did not notice until reached the head of line, and then was sent back through the line to general boarding which took almost an hour. Learned two things: check our boarding passes, which we haven’t had to do with our other airlines, and don’t fly Alaska! You used to be much better!
The would have rated higher, but I asked for a cup of coffee twice and never got one. Later found the crew sitting in the back having a meal and visiting. Just saying.
Friendly and helpful crew. Had no issues at all other than the St Thomas airport is woefully small, so allow plenty of time. Flight was pretty smooth and we arrived earlier than planned.
Friendly crew, quick boarding. We even arrived a few minutes earlier than our original flight plan. No onboard screens, but it’s a relatively short flight so it’s not really an issue.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Boarding process was poor and slow. Should fill the plane up from the back like other good airlines
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.
The seats were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Other similar-sized jets with the same seating arangement have been far more comfortable. This interfered with sleeping, so it was a big issue. Moreover, the lack of a digital boarding pass forced an extra trip to print one, and the overall digital experience was poor. WestJet's website could not figure out one of my flights existed.

The only issues I have are the seats are very small and so is the overhead storage. You should mention that while booking flights. I had plenty of knee room but I am wider than my seat, and I am not fat at all. The Mitsubishi 900 models need to be upgraded to western size people. I do not know how a 300 pound woman fit into those seats. I had to continuously lean away from the aisle to keep people and flight crew from bumping into my shoulder. 3 hour flight so no entertainment or food, just snacks and a drink, which was no big deal. The buttery/garlic pretzels were pretty tasty.
Because I am quite tall a bit more leg room would have been more comfortable. Out of three seats I had the middle one, unfortunately.
My one complaint was that while we boarded using the standard enclosed gangway, when we arrived at SEATAC, the ground crew were slow to hook up the stairs. After reaching the tarmac we had to walk up a long ramp all outside in 35° weather. We just came from Bali and did not have warm weather clothes. This was in addition to having to collect our bags in Vancouver, take them through security again and then having to show our passports 4 more times all within the Air Canada section.

Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Minimal food offered (crackers). Had to clean the seat with a wet wipe because of dried food.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
3 hours late departure with no explanation. $160 luggage fee (two passengers) for less than 1 hour in the air!
The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.
