Very good over all , would have been nice to have entertainment on the flight
Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.
Easy self checkin and baggage drop. No in seat entertainment, but wifi and app worked well
Single flights to Cancun purchased through third-party, initially had issues printing luggage labels with the lady at the airport Pearson… Was super friendly and assisted quickly despite being very busy
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good
The flight was on time and shorter time arrival than planned. I was an ultra basic passenger and understood one personal item on the plane. The announcements of one personal item and zone 9 boarding certainly felt like we were separated from the rest. Actually zone 9 passengers should be boarded second; we are not blocking aisles and can be seated much faster and deboarded faster too.
Still sitting in a hotel when I'm due for work
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
Your crew was so so so wonderful Only thing sound be great if you kept some phone chargers and converters rest 👌👌👌👌
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
The TSA people or whatever you call them were a bit rude- I asked why I had to take my shoes off bc I'm 75 and in the USA, I don't have to. The man didn't need to snap at me. It wasn't even busy! The plane was ok, a bit small for such a long flight, but I'm very familiar with the 737 used ( I fly it often between SFO and SAN) service was ok-nothing special. If I drank alcohol I guess I would be happy with free choices. the plane was HOT and even the FA commented on it. They tried to get it cooler, but it never happened.
Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
YYZ air Canada security messed up which led to my kids missing their flight and having to go on a separate flight later in the day without the rest of the family. Customer service was horrible and have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers. They refuse to compensate for their errors and making my kids wait hours in the airport. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.
United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app
Cancelled flight had to fight for a hotel voucher and lost my upgrade. Not great business.
