Even though we checked in, checked bags, and went through security, I was told at the gate that I hadn’t checked in. I was pulled aside and had to verify my identity yet again. Otherwise, the flight was fine.
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!
The flight was canceled so i booked another flight with Delta, so essentially there was absolutely nothing that i enjoyed about my experience with this flight
Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊

The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.
It was fast but uncomfortable seats. Had to pay a bit extra not sure why? Maybe in selection of all my 4 tix together ? Just knew I had a balance before getting boarding pass online when departing from satx ? And flight was delayed..
Seats are uncomfortable and too close together. Also, you missed my connection in Vegas on the way back and I ended up sleeping in the airport, flying back to Burbank instead of LAX and I got home 12 hours late.
Non-professional acting crew, Very uncomfortable seats…!! Very bad pricing with all the add-ons for seat choice, luggage fees, etc….soon you’ll charge extra for oxygen. The ticket price means Nothing because in the end, the actual amount i paid, i could have and will in the future continue to fly on a real airline…
With this price, I shouldn't complain on anything. I understand I have to pay for every services they provide. The plane could smell a little better. Advise them to use frebeeze to freshen up the interior a little bit.
Terrible. 1st and last flight on Spirit. Check in process was a nightmare. Despite arriving 1.6 hours before flight we had to be pulled from the ridiculously long line to “self check” our bags which took 10 min and required assistance. Seats are very uncomfortable , don’t move, no pockets, no entertainment, no wifi Basically like taking a time capsule back to the 70s. No thank you.
Arrived at 3:45am & found a long line where Spirit employees were standing at the counter but no one was working. Worried if I’d make the flight. Line started moving about 4:15 and got to check my bag at 4:30, realize my flight was at 5:25. Lines thru security were long, got to flight and walked right on. Spirit was cheapest when selected but not after $70/bag and $30/seat - extra $200.
Over 2 hour delay due to “weather” but all other flights were taking off with no issues. We felt lied to the entire time as well.
LA to Seattle was a smooth process. Seattle to LA was delayed more Than 6hrs
I could not print my boarding passes and had to see an agent. However, the agents were very friendly and helpful.
Check in was made easy with the ladies at the luggage. they were fast and so kind. You should pay them more.
