Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.
all fine - did not have food - there was no entertainment
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
expedite passengers through passport control when the airport authorities are processing inefficiently.
The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.
Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
