Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying

WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.

Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.

Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

BA is now my preferred way to travel. On ground staff in Canada, London and Nairobi were patient , polite and helpful with our group. On board staff went that extra mile to make sure we felt important. Best of all, no lost luggage! Highly recommend BA in fact have 2 more long hauls with them this year.

entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.

When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.

Crew never smiled, never helped , told me to make my own bed ( in Upper class), never offered a drink

I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!

The check in and boarding was handled well. The crew were pleasant. Our seats did not recline which we didn't realize so impossible to sleep on the night flight. There was no complimentary food offered on our 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Vancouver except garlic pretzels and a cookie! We were expecting at least one meal which was very disappointing.

The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.

2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.

Flight took off little late and landed back at YVR after an hour without informing a reason to the passengers. Also, second time also got late but an hour to take off. Therefore, I had to change my plans during due to delay in landing to SFO roughly about 6 to 7 hours.

Our flight AC 567 was delayed by almost 6 hrs due to mechanical falure

There was no entertainment and the meal that was included in my flight fee was not provided.

Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.

Fly was cancel, change airline, fly was delay not get back to Mexico until this morning at 5am worse travel experience ever my luggage is lost, I quiet honestly requesting refund of my travel, not to mention have to spend more in food and Uber from the airport to my home was supposed to be a 12 hr day turn a nightmare.

I think I was charged for $30 baggage fee when I thought economy included one checked bag.
