On time, comfort, service. No breakfast available as per menu, the chicken wrap I got instead was poor and poorly presented (in Saran wrap, as if made at home by the pilot)
We boarded 1.5 hours late. Long wait for the bags when we got to Mexico City. Long wait to get on plane with people mover truck. Friendly staff. They answered all questions as best the could. Such a long, long walk from the plane to customs. Thank you, Michael A. Burris Cambridge, Massachusetts USA
Delayed in Fort Lauderdale 3 hours , gave us $15 coupon for meals at 20:50, when most of the restuarant closed at 21:00.
Most expensive flight… and they are trying to pinch more and more money out of you. Baggage, snacks, pillows, headphones… — so many airlines do far better than this… surely a national airline can do better?
Flight was cancelled. Had to wait around the airport for 5.5 hrs for later flight. Entertainment system was not working.
Air Canada at SeaTac was the best. Polite, helpful, all good!
Plane was old, cabin was small, overhead bins were small, seats really uncomfortable, no seat-back entertainment
Everything was good till we got to yyz...then we got to the gate and there was NO GATE AGENT. We waited 15 min before disembarking. No internet No IFE Old aircraft Second leg in two weeks NOT IMPRESSED
Check-in, Boarding and Flight were fine however I unfortunately chose the only seat in the plane without a window (15A) and when I asked to move up to row 13 that was empty, I was denied because they call it a preferred seat. The only difference I could see was maybe an inch or two more legroom. I think once the door is closed and all passengers are aboard they should be able to accommodate a reasonable request to move even if to a seat they tried and failed to sell for more money. And a few flights now, I find that Air Canada’s Infotainment system has a 100 channels with nothing on. No movies still in theaters nor any that are not already streaming for free.
Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!
The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.
The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.
Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.
Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!
The plane was clean and the staff professional and courteous, as usual. The seat back was very hard and uncomfortable.
Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.
With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.
Had to put carry ons under seat and had no legroom!!!
The business class seats are very narrow for the cost
