Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight
Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)
Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
The plane was cramped and dirty. Not enough liquid was served to stave off dehydration.
The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.
The flight attendants were lovely - very warm and kind. Really appreciated it.
I used to enjoy the travelling experience, but no more. We pay more and get much less. No air travel for me on the near future.
The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.
Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.
It got me from A to B in one piece and in good time. Back of seat tv didn't work. Snacks are a joke
