WestJet ran out of dinner meals on a transatlantic flight. Crappy to have a bun and a bit of lettuce for food on a long and not inexpensive flight. Flight staff did not look for options to resolve.

Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet

The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.

Wish there was an option to book a fellow traveler who is not necessarily paying on the same booking. Then the airline could consider placing us together. It was a long flight to be separated from travel buddy. The first meal, a luncheon I think was ok with warmish pasta and a tiny salad. The second meal, a midnight snack (hard to say because of the time change) was really awful pizza fold-ups, and no option for folks who cannot eat cheese.

It was a 35 minutes flight. Didn't expect much. You should add a 'not applicable' option to your survey.

The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.

My journey from Rome to Seattle contains two parts, first from Rome to YYC then transfer YYC to Seattle. First part from Rome to YYC was wonderful. Fly on times, easy boarding and comfortable seating and good meals. Second from YYC to Seattle is terrible, delayed three times before boarding. No meal, no water, no entertainment. Landed in some corner of airport , walking in bitter cold night and taking the bus. My friend told me that Westjet is the best airline in Canada, I doubt it

They lost our luggage and didn’t return it until 15 days AFTER we got back.

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

The flight got canceled multiple times and we had to drive their to reach midnight for our next morning interview. Poor and unriable experience. Now have to ask for a refund since we didn't need their rescheduled flight three days later.

In flight wifi that I paid for was very slow and at times didn't work at all.

No food, not even snacks on the 6hr flight from Newark to Vancouver! The movie collection made up for it though and they did come around with drinks twice. Just good to know so you can eat ahead/bring snacks onto the flight. It was a bumpy ride induced by wind and rain but otherwise got to the destination safely and promptly.

Announcements were to loud, too insistent and too often. The same messages can be made in a nice relaxed, yet efficient manner. There is no need to "talk down" as if on a mild power trip. It's immature and unnecessary. This is a constant irritant especially with Air Canada. Learn from your European competitors to have a bit of class.

My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.

Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.
