My only complaint is that the standing recline. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the ticket.

Seats were comfortable but dont recline at all. Checkin online was easy but didnt provide a gate until last minute. Flight attendants were very unkind, not friendly and didnt go over safety procedures in case of a crash. No free snacks or beverages, not even water.

Spirit airlines was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were hard.. the constant up selling (from lack of food or even water to $15 for wi fi ) was annoying. Not a recommended airlines

Our experience was not a good one. Our flight got cancelled and was not given any accommodations due to the inconvenience. We lost time on our vacation due to this inconvenience

Terrible-extreme delay with very little communication, plane was overfull, luggage was returned on baggage claim in filthy condition.

I was traveling with my son and it was our first time with spirit so I didn’t realize our seats weren’t assigned. They scrambled and gave us seats next to each other. Also My son got sick on the plane and they really took care of him. Super family friendly crew and experience!

Great. I didn't eat or drink anything, nor did I have an option to be entertained, so i answered "okay"... but those categoriesreally don't apply. Everything else was great.

The plane had to wait an hour before docking, then another 1.5 hrs to get our luggage. Bad experience.

They delayed the flight for several hours and didn't even give reason.

Terrible all around. Not much else to say, other than an awful experience from start to finish.

Cancelled and declined to find alternatives Earlier flight is 2 days later Sent the cancellation notification very late, wish I knew earlier would have stayed to watch the Miami open final game Very disappointing service

The worst flight of my life. Never will I fly frontier again

Landing in terminal 2, but my luggage is terminal 3. We (and others) were looking for it in terminal 1. We probably missed the crew broadcast, but the communication could have been clearer for non native (or elderly) passengers.

I chose the seats when booked the flight and paid for them. However after checking in I found we were assigned different seats!

Bag should not be so much money. This is how Frontier takes advantage of customers

The plane was comfortable. The time to board was way too slow and very unorganized! The crew was not as friendly as normally. The was not a single time that they offered water nor anything!!!

They switched my flight to Spirit, Never using Kayak again,

i was denied boarding, even though i had an assigned seat, checked in on line and was at airport early. Then they refused to fully refund the the fair and replacement fair because they claimed it was "no show/denied boarding". I will never fly this airline again

I was not permitted on my flight and had to purchase another flight ticket to Las Vegas.

This was a full flight and I was in Zone 1, however upon boarding, several other zones went in ahead of me, leaving no overhead cabin space near my seat. This created a challenging disembarkment process.
